Shipping Policy


Welcome to Terpamak Slippers! Below you will find detailed information about our shipping, delivery and order tracking services.

How long will shipping take?


We offer tracked international shipping worldwide. Standard delivery takes 7–19 business days, varying by destination. Occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • USA (excluding HI, AK, GU, PR), Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Poland: 7–19 days via tracked shipping. Full refunds will be processed for undelivered orders after 45 days.
  • USA (HI, AK, GU, PR) & all other regions: 21–60 days via tracked shipping. Full refunds will be processed for undelivered orders after 90 days.

 

  • We use fast dedicated shipping lines to shorten transit time and ensure efficient delivery.

You will receive an order confirmation email right after purchase. A separate email with your tracking ID will be sent later for real-time delivery tracking.

Track via local courier


We provide both international tracking numbers and local last-mile tracking numbers. Once your package arrives in your country, you may use the local tracking number to check delivery status on your national postal service platform (e.g. USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post).

What if my order never arrives?


Per our Refund Policy, we will issue a full refund if your order is not delivered within 45 days or 90 days (based on your shipping region). While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may happen due to customs clearance, local logistics disruptions and other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

No tracking information displayed?


Please wait 3–5 business days for logistics systems to update tracking data. Tracking links may also take time to load as packages transit across multiple logistics networks. Contact our support team if no information appears after this period.

Shipping destinations


We deliver to most countries around the world, including the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Australia and most Southeast Asian countries.

Customs & VAT (EU Customers Only)


Following the new EU VAT regulations effective July 1, 2021, we currently cover VAT fees for all shipments to the EU via our IOSS registration. No additional VAT payment is required upon customs clearance for EU deliveries (excluding the UK).

Please note that you may still be required to pay extra fees if requested by local customs authorities. We reserve the right to adjust this policy in the future with prior notice. Shipments to the US, UK, Canada and Asia remain unaffected.

Does every order have a tracking number?


Yes. A unique tracking number will be provided once your order ships, which works for both international and local courier tracking.

When will I receive my tracking number?


Tracking numbers are generally issued within 2–5 business days after ordering. For orders with multiple items, tracking details will be sent out only after all products are dispatched. All notifications will be delivered to the email address you used at checkout.

How to use the tracking number?


Simply click the tracking link in your email to view real-time delivery status.

How tracking details are sent?


All tracking information will be emailed to your registered checkout email address.

Order cancellation & modification


Order cancellations are not accepted after payment is completed. If you need to modify product details, please contact us before your order is shipped.

Why is there a shipping fee?


We previously offered free shipping, which relied on standard postal services with longer delivery times and no tracking. To speed up delivery and provide full tracking for all packages, we now use expedited courier services with a standard shipping fee.

Accepted payment methods


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. All transactions are fully encrypted for maximum security, and your payment details will never be stored.
