Refund Policy


At Terpamak Slippers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We always take great care to ensure your orders are delivered promptly. While we strive to avoid delays, please note that delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as peak shopping seasons or carrier disruptions.

All purchases are covered by our buyer protection and refund policy. You will receive a full refund if your order does not arrive within the timeframe specified below. Refunds for Undelivered Orders


1.1 For shipping services with an estimated delivery time under 20 days, a full refund will be issued if all the following conditions are met:

(a) Your order has not arrived 45 days after the purchase date;

(b) Tracking records confirm the package was not delivered to the designated address;

(c) The issue is not caused by customer-side logistics errors.

1.2 For shipping services with an estimated delivery time over 20 days, a full refund will be issued if all the following conditions are met:

(a) Your order has not arrived 90 days after the purchase date;

(b) Tracking records confirm the package was not delivered to the designated address;

(c) The issue is not caused by customer-side logistics errors.

1.3 We will review your refund request and process the refund within 3–4 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

1.4 If the shipping carrier confirms the package is lost in transit after investigation, we will also issue a full refund.

1.5 Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping addresses during checkout. If delivery failure results from incorrect information provided by you, we offer two options: free reshipment, or a refund of product value excluding shipping fee.

1.6 If delivery failure is caused by our team or the shipping carrier, we will arrange one free reshipment. A full refund will be provided if tracking shows confirmed delivery failure with no fault on your part.



Refunds for Damaged or Mismatched Items


1.7 In rare cases where items arrive damaged or differ significantly from the description, please contact our support team. You will need to provide photos, screenshots and other valid evidence to verify the issue before we proceed with your refund request.

1.8 All claims for damaged or mismatched goods must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date shown on tracking information.

Our team reserves the right to decide on solutions as below:

(a) Full refund for severely damaged or vastly mismatched items;

(b) Partial refund for partially damaged or slightly inconsistent items;

(c) No refund for claims without valid grounds.

All evaluations are conducted objectively based on our strict quality standards. The final decision made by our team is binding.



Limitation of Liability


2.0 Under any circumstances, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order (including shipping fees).



Order Cancellations


2.1 Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. If you need to modify order details, contact our support team before your package is dispatched.



Lost or Stolen Packages


2.2 We take no responsibility for packages marked as successfully delivered by the courier. No refund or replacement will be offered for items reported lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We may provide relevant certification documents at our discretion upon request.



Gift Card Policy


2.3 All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable laws. If an order paid via gift card is eligible for a refund, the corresponding amount will be credited back to the original gift card.



Free Gifts


2.4 Free promotional gifts are non-refundable, non-returnable and will not be reshipped separately for any reason.



Returns


2.5 If you wish to return items for other reasons, please email terpamak@gmail.com within 30 days upon receipt of goods to obtain our return address. All return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
