1. Delivery Times & Money-Back Guarantee
We provide tracked international shipping worldwide via fast dedicated lines. If your order doesn’t arrive within the guaranteed window, you get a 100% full refund.

2. Tracking Your Order
- 100% Tracked: Every order includes a unique tracking number that works for both international transit and your national postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post).
- When: Tracking IDs are emailed to you within 2–5 business days after ordering.
- Update Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for the logistics system to update and display your tracking information after receiving your link.
3. Customs & VAT (EU Customers Only)
- We are IOSS registered. We cover the VAT fees for all shipments to the EU, so no additional VAT payment is required upon customs clearance (excludes the UK).
- Note: In rare cases, local customs authorities may still request minor extra fees. US, UK, Canada, and Asia shipments remain completely unaffected.
4. Quick FAQs
- Cancellations & Edits: Order cancellations are not accepted after payment. If you need to modify product or shipping details, please contact us immediately before the order ships.
